The venue was fairly clean and the staff were committed. Absolutely brilliant view of river. The English breakfast was included and had plenty of food. Impeccable location, right by resteraunt and the town centre, nonetheless the area itself was very unsafe. Enjoyed their complementary drinks, served in the outdoor bar.

Wonderful place to stay while in Bromley. The reception was friendly and spotless. Had warm room with lovely view and a 5 star bathroom too for a fab stay. The main bar was cosy and the staff were supportive.

Excellent home base for 1 night. Excellent breakfast and FRIENDLY workers. Greatly enjoyed that a heating system, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and ironing facilities were included. For lunch or dinner go to Madhuwan Restaurant, located minutes from the hotel.

Will be back! We stayed in a superior double room with air conditioner, TV and a radio. Bar staff was the real gem of this hotel. The restaurant was cosy and its amazing dishes are to die for.

Madhuwan Restaurant, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. Staff were helpful, nothing to complain about. Good choice for a city break in Bromley! We really enjoyed everything
